We are here to help you address difficulties from performance and test anxiety to traumatic events or chronic mental illness and anything in between. Our highly trained staff have expertise in working with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples and groups. We work with you to resolve difficulties with substance abuse disorders, relationships, attachment, parent services, traumatic events, complex trauma, emotional intensity, anxiety, depression, somatic presentations, dissociation, LGBTQIA2+ challenges, and so much more. We partner with you to help you experience a higher degree of success and happiness in your life. We are the premium STEPPS group provider for those with emotional intensity disorders and have rotating groups.
We have several locations in Iowa; Urbandale, West Des Moines, Indianola and the Des Moines Public Schools. We answer the need where it is and are proud to partner with others to deliver excellent services in these areas. We are constantly working to meet identified needs as they arise and often provide services on-site for many helping agencies, working to fulfill our imperative of increasing access to quality mental health to our community.
