- Pay ranges from 60-70% of billed income, based on licensure status and caseload.

As a Mental Health Therapist your primary duties will include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy utilizing evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Collaborate with other clinicians and community resources to enhance client care
- Participate in regular supervision/consultation
- Attend our monthly staff meeting focused on team updates, collaboration, and clinical growthĀ
Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT); independent licensure preferred, but not required
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Passion for contributing to a collaborative and supportive team where your skills and expertise are valued
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal abilities
