Clinical Supervisor & Mental Health Therapist

- Pay ranges from 65-70% of billed income, based on post-licensure and supervisory experience and caseload.

As a Mental Health Therapist your primary duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Providing therapy utilizing evidence-based practices
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Collaborating with other clinicians and community resources to enhance client care
- Participating in regular supervision/consultation
- Attending our monthly staff meeting focused on team updates, collaboration, and clinical growthÂ
As a Clinical Supervisor your primary duties will include:
- Providing supervision to interns and/or provisionally licensed clinicians to ensure delivery of service is in the best interest of the client, considering ethics, best practices, laws, and clinical guidelinesÂ
- Reviewing clinical documentation and providing feedbackÂ
- Participating in weekly meetings with the clinical supervisory teamÂ
- Collaborating with the clinical supervisory team to ensure clinicians are receiving ongoing clinical development education and training to ensure delivery of quality care that aligns with the agency's mission, vision, and valuesÂ
- Evaluating supervisee performance, maintaining HR rules, and compliance records in tandem with the Operations Manager
- Representing the agency positively in all things, having the best interest of agency's success in all things with a positive, professional attitude and presentationÂ
Qualifications:
- Active state independent licensure as a mental health therapist (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Supervisory experience preferred but not requiredÂ
- Passion for contributing to a collaborative and supportive team where your skills and expertise are valued
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesÂ
