Annie is a provisionally licensed mental health counselor who earned herĀ Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of NorthernĀ Iowa. Annie has dedicated over 20 years in the non-profit human servicesĀ sector.

Annie looks forward to working with individuals of all ages and concerns and is especially passionate about issues such as relational concerns, life transitions, stress and anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation and grief and loss.

Annie integrates different types of therapy and techniques specifically tailored to her clients to help them achieve the best results. She utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Systemic approaches.

She is dedicated to helping empower others to develop tools and skills to overcome barriers and challenges they may be facing.
Annieā€™s role as therapist is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, one that inspires growth and change.
Annieā€™s goal is to helpĀ others live a happier, more fulfilling and productive life. Annie strives to work with clients to help them gain new insights and skills to resolveĀ concerns and instill hope for the future.
