Lindsay is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her Master's degree from Drake University in Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor of Science in Child, Adult and Family Services from Iowa State University. She is a member of the Iowa Mental Health Counselors Association and has over 10 years of experience in social work.

Lindsay’s therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence based practices including, developing a strong therapeutic alliance, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness techniques in order to assist in managing anxiety, life's stressors, depression and other mental health concerns.

Lindsay understands the complexity of mental health and emotional well-being. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of life and approaches therapy with compassion, empathy and a deep commitment to helping people achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
