Harriet is a Licensed Master Social Worker.  She graduated from Simmons School of Social Work in 2017.  She has over 15 years of Case Management experience  working with refugees, pregnant mothers, children from birth to 5 years and in mental health fields.  Her case management experience also gives her skills to work with different ages, cultures and ethnicities.  Harriet has helped many of her  adolescent and adult clients work on coping strategies while navigating life transitions and assimilation in the new culture.

Harriet is passionate about helping others using family oriented practices and motivational interviewing to work on depression, anxiety, anger and family issues.  She provides emotional support and guidance using an individual approach.  While working with  clients to identify their goals and strengths, Harriet has a soft spot for adults struggling with empty nests syndrome or loneliness.  She works towards empowering her clients to attain joy, contentment and personal value.  As a mental health worker, Harriet likes to educate and advocate for her clients.
