Rachel is a provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy from Capella University. Rachel also has an undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology and is a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS) She is a pre-clinical fellow of the AAMFT, and is also a member of Delta Kappa, the International Marriage & Family Therapy Honor Society and Chi Sigma Iota, the Counseling Academic & Professional Honor Society.
Rachel has experience working in an agency setting where she assisted children, teens, adults, couples and families to develop necessary skills to more effectively manage life’s challenges. Rachel has also volunteered for several years as a grief group facilitator with a focus in general grief and loss, traumatic grief and loss, and perinatal grief and loss.
Rachel believes that you are wholly unique and wants your therapy journey to be as unique as you are. She strives to create a caring and safe environment to nurture hope and enact positive change while supporting you throughout life’s ups and downs.
